**Job Description** What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll also be diving deep into the **offshore recruitment** waters, especially for attracting talented dentists from around the world. With your knack for partnerships and outreach, you’ll collaborate with international recruitment agencies, positioning Abano Healthcare as _the_ go-to employer for dental professionals looking to make a life-changing move to **Australia** or **New Zealand**.
