Warrikal is a multidisciplined engineering company within the WA mining and resources sector. We have recently been awarded significant long-term contracts with multiple blue-chip clients for the provision of maintenance and shutdown services.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Resource and Logistics team to support the ongoing operational growth. We are seeking a motivated
**Mobilisation Coordinator **to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for resourcing and mobilising our workforce across various work sites throughout Western Australia. Your day to day will be:

- Managing jobs in our workforce management system (OPMS).
- Organising flights and accommodation for employees to remote sites.
- Booking and keeping track of Drug and Alcohol test for employees going to site.
- Working in a high pressure and deadline driven environment.
- Liaising with the site leadership team regarding the logistics.
- Supporting other mobilisation requirements as needed.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working within the resources sector, in a role similar to Mobilisation Administrator, Coordinator, Project Support etc.
- Experience using training, mobilisation or planning softwares such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, and INX.
- Working knowledge of OPMS would be seen as a definite advantage.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change.
- Be able to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Well-developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High organisational skills to coordinate mobilisation requirements.
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
