Hays has partnered with an Australian company specialising in project delivery and support services across the energy and resources sectors.

Your new role
As the Mobilisation Coordinator, you will manage onboarding for projects across Australia. The role suits both seasoned professionals and entry-level candidates ready to grow.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Coordinate onboarding: medicals, training, inductions, travel, and accommodation
• Set up employees on internal/client systems and verify certifications
• Manage PPE and merchandise inventory
• Oversee vehicle fleet and property leases
• Liaise with suppliers and provide cost/utilisation reports
• Support general operational tasks as needed

What you will need to succeed

• 2+ years in mobilisation or similar role (resources sector preferred)
• Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
• Proficient in systems like Canyou, Mypass, Xero (desirable)
• Knowledge of FIFO logistics (highly desirable)
• Able to multitask, solve problems, and work independently or in a team
