Sales and Marketing Manager

We are a smart, easy and affordable choice for all solar energy needs. With our experience and expertise we have designed and installed solar systems for thousands of Australian Homes and Businesses to take care of their energy needs.
- Formulating and implementing policies and plans for advertising, public relations, sales and marketing in consultation with other Managers
- Directing the development of initiatives for new products, marketing and advertising campaigns
- Organizing and controlling sales activities by setting product mix, geographical sales areas and customer service standards
- Directing merchandising methods and distribution policy by coordinating the work of salespersons, and organizing agents and distributors
Directing sales methods and arrangements by setting prices and credit arrangements
**Requirements & Experience**:
1- Two years of solar sales experience is a MUST
2- Proven track record in sales and marketing
3- Excellent communication skills & computer literacy
4- A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude to reaching and exceeding targets
5- Sales experience in any industry with a preference for experience within trade services.
6- Work experience with in a small to medium sized businesses.
7- Confident working with people.
8- Friendly, positive, and client service oriented personality.
9- Detail orientated, diligent, proactive, organised, accountable, analytical, and highly motivated.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Sales and marketing: 1 year (preferred)
