We are seeking a dynamic Internal Salesperson to join our Blacktown office. In this role, you will provide exceptional support and service to both internal and external customers, including the Sydney sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to technical and general inquiries, including stock availability, pricing, and review of documentation.
- Analyze tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to select relevant equipment, maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring compliance.
- Provide pricing and follow up on proposals, tender submissions, and quotations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, collate and mail brochures and other marketing material, and attend trade shows and events.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders to provide exceptional sales support.
- Handle order entry, stock allocation/transfers, back-order management, and general customer service in collaboration with other departments.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

**Qualifications**
- 2 to 4 years sales or similar industry.
- Ability to interpret data, specifications, air conditioning equipment placement, and engineering drawings.
- Positive, team-orientated with the ability to work independently as well.
