**The Opportunity**

The Property Manager will oversee all aspects of property and facilities management whilst supervising a team of maintenance staff, caretakers, and external contractors. Strong knowledge of compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and other regulatory requirements is essential.

**About You**

You have previous experience in a similar role and a proactive approach, showing initiative and a willingness to accept responsibility. Managing contractors and service providers, including monitoring performance and OHS compliance, is a strong skill set you possess.
