We are seeking a driven and highly organised
Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic team at WHITEFOX Bayside. This pivotal role supports our real estate sales team by ensuring smooth operations, flawless campaign execution, and exceptional client experiences.
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our fast-paced environment, acting as the go-to person for our agents and clients. You'll bring structure and calm to complex processes while proactively solving problems and keeping everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, coordinate communications, and provide general support to sales directors and agents. - Campaign Management:
Assist with planning, executing, and coordinating property campaigns from start to finish. - Client Relations:
Build strong relationships and ensure clients feel supported and valued throughout the process. - Operational Excellence:
Maintain order and structure across all moving parts while staying calm under pressure. - Team Collaboration:
Act as a trusted connector and point of consistency for the sales team. - Problem-Solving:
Identify needs, find solutions, and step in wherever necessary to get the job done.
