About the Opportunity
We're seeking a dedicated Housing Facilities Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and coordination of our residential facilities. You'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure properties meet safety standards while creating welcoming spaces for residents.
What You'll Do
Coordinate maintenance schedules and property inspections across multiple housing sites
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve facility issues promptly
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Manage supply procurement and inventory for residential properties
Support residents and staff with facility-related queries and concerns
Maintain accurate records and reporting on property conditions and maintenance activities
What We're Looking For
Experience in facilities management, property coordination, or related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach
Understanding of building maintenance, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Proficiency with digital systems and record-keeping
A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable community members
