The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) is looking for a part-time (21 hours) Customer Service Support Officer to join our team

**About Us**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our SIRA Assistance Service team.

Work within a close-knit team and provide support in a range of administrative activities, deliver high quality customer service providing assistance, information and customer support services to facilitate the effective operation of the business for an initial 10-month term with possibility of extension.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with service delivery systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Provide a range of administrative and support services, including but not limited to records management, routine correspondence, to support the effective operation of the team/unit.

- Experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to multi-task between competing priorities.
- Be highly organised and have great time management.
- Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholder.
- Be a team player and work well with others to achieve a shared goal.
