**About Us**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our SIRA Customer Administration, Business Support, team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a close-knit team to deliver & regularly improve high quality customer service, undertake a range of administrative activities, provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders, and customer support services to facilitate the effective operation of the business (including reporting).

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring customer interactions are accurately captured in relevant record keeping systems.
- Respond to complex enquiries for customers and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and process payment requests for customers and other stakeholders.
- Reviewing data including preparing reports and auditing payments utilising specialised software.
- Assisting in reviewing work volumes, reporting on new or immerging issues or trends, and contributing to continuous improvement and strategies to achieve business outcomes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of relevant policies, procedures and processes to support business functions.

**About you**:

- Experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to multi-task between competing priorities.
- Be highly organised and have great time management.
- Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a team player and work well with others to achieve a shared goal.
- Be technologically competent, with proven experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and a range of other Office 365 suites. Previous experience with VRPS, Gov Connect, Salesforce and TRIM are advantageous.
