Based out of our purpose-built facilities in Brisbane, we are seeking an experienced
**State Sales Manager** to increase the impact of the Everthought brand throughout Queensland.

**The key outcomes for the State Sales Manager will be to**:
- Develop, advise and execute on the sales plan to ensure the meeting of objectives and financial outcomes for both International and Domestic training opportunities in Queensland
- Establish and promote effective sales reporting and data analytics to proactively develop strategies to drive sales effectiveness
- Develop process, systems and structure to improve predictability, efficiency and enable great outcomes across all sales streams
- Provide leadership and guidance to the campus in WA across all aspects of the business
- Ensure all practices, policies and processes are aligned to federal, state and industry regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements applicable to the accredited training industry
- Support the International team in building strong relationships with international student agents.
- Promote the Everthought Education product portfolio through a variety of sales and marketing activities focused on achieving a growing student base.
**To achieve success as the State Sales Manager you will have the below experience**:
- Extensive accredited training sector experience, preferably within blue-collar trades, for both the International and Domestic sector
- Experience in relationship management especially in a multicultural environment
- Extensive experience in CRM management and data analytics
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong inclusive leadership experience focused on high performance
- Campus or Operation experience will be highly regarded.
**And knowledge in**:
- Frameworks for effective strategy, planning and execution, leadership, management, culture development, relationship management specifically in a Sales environment
- Development of innovative and best practice sales ecosystems including structure, methodology, reporting and data analytics
- Understanding of the International and Domestic Training environment.
