Our vertically integrated business model is built on a continuous lifecycle of build, rent, and sell. Our five RV dealerships across Australia play a critical role in this ecosystem, selling high-quality ex-fleet vehicles from our rental operations alongside new stock. This ensures a seamless customer experience and supports sustainable growth across our network.
The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the retail and wholesale sales performance of campervans, motorhomes, and caravans across five dealerships
- Coach and inspire sales teams to achieve their full potential
- Champion a process-driven culture, ensuring consistency and accountability
- Oversee operational management of all dealership functions, including compliance, HSW, and financial performance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Drive alignment with thl’s broader strategic goals and values
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and foster buy-in across teams
About You
- Proven leadership experience in a multi-site sales and operational environment, automotive is a plus
- Strong cultural alignment: collaborative, pragmatic, and performance-driven
- Ability to lead selflessly, focusing on coaching and team development
- Highly organised with a strong understanding of process discipline
- Commercially astute with history of delivering results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to regulatory compliance
