About the role
We’re seeking a Manager - Commercial Collections to be responsible for managing workflow and capacity to achieve optimal outcomes across credit risk, collections, cost, service, and quality.

Day-to-day, you will:
- You’ll be accountable for the daily performance of the commercial credit operations team within the Customer Solutions & Australian Markets Partnerships (CS&) function- You’ll build a successful, effective and collaborative team, embodying a positive culture- You’ll demonstrates curiosity in diving deep into supporting data to proactively uncover potential issues / opportunitiesThis role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels- People management skills and an ability to motivate and lead a team- Experience in a high-volume credit management function- Experience in dealing with external Credit providers and commercial contracts- Exposure to receivership, administration and liquidations Demonstrated skills in developing, writing and delivering management reports specifically around operational metricsWith a career at Transurban, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
