We are a well-established commercial and residential supplier of porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone tiles internationally, with over 40 years of industry experience.
Our team work collaboratively with designers, architects, builders, and various other consumers from selection through to project supply by providing exceptional customer service and support.
We are currently seeking an outstanding Sales Administration professional to join our expanding team located in Rushcutters Bay.
**_Key Areas of responsibility_**
- Providing efficient and effective customer service and support to our clients and sales team, while undertaking a diverse range of administrative activities
- Managing project tile supply through the utilisation of our business management software.
- Generating and processing quotations, sales orders, and Tax Invoices.
- Liaising with internal and external service providers and suppliers to coordinate product supply.
- Administer and maintain office systems, and CRM database.
- Handling and reconciling accounts receivable and payable enquiries.
- General office and administration duties and any ad hoc duties as directed by the Manager

- High level administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good rapport with current and potential clients
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and manage competing demands and shifty priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Desire to demonstrate initiative and achieve excellence in your role
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
