**About the Role**:
Based in Fortitude Valley you will be reporting to the Head of ER with the main purpose of ensuring the company has the guidance, support, operational expertise, advocacy, and strategy to manage ER risks. Responsibilities include:

- Review, interpret and advise on awards and pay scales
- Be across and roll out award updates and changes
- Updating payroll systems to ensure accurate award interpretation
- Reporting and administering bulk updates
- Provide interpretation advice on all industrial instruments and ER policies and procedures to internal stakeholders
- Participate in improvement projects or otherwise other ad hoc activities and projects as requested

- Exposure to payroll and payroll systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, establish and encourage collaborative working relationships, maintain confidentiality, and show discretion

- Attention to detail
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to be a flexible, motivated, team player
