**The opportunity**

At Employsure we are passionate about supporting Australia’s SMEs across all industries. In this role you will be providing general documentation and administrative support to the broader Advice Team. You will be responsible for the preparation, modification and review of documents from template format into client-specific tailored documents to send to clients for implementation across their businesses.

This role is a vital part of our service, seeing you take inbound queries which will focus on general Modern Award interpretation. Joining the Advice Team, you will take part in an award-winning development program. You will constantly be learning and developing within your role and will be groomed into becoming a skilled Employment Relations Adviser.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Prepare, modify and review Employment Relations documents
- Supporting the Employsure Advice service with advice to clients and gathering of client information
- Provide administrative and organisational support as required

**Previous Experience**:

- Interpreting Fair Work Act or Modern Awards
- Human resources or paralegal experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Formal qualifications in Law, HR and or Industrial Relations highly regarded

These are fantastic skills to bring to the business but not essential
