Come join us in this 12mth fixed term contract role as Manager, Tenders and Awards where you'll be the central point of contact and coordination for tender responses and awards submissions to help win business and industry accreditation for Allianz.

This is a critical role within our business - the contribution the role delivers is huge.

**Responsibilities in the role**:

- You'll lead the internal coordination and development of tender and award responses and submissions in consultation with business stakeholders, and in alignment with corporate branding, and other guidelines and templates.
- Project manage all aspects of tenders/awards submissions, ensuring collaboration and integration across the enterprise for responding to identified business opportunities.
- Facilitate planning sessions with relevant stakeholders to define win strategies, value propositions and sales messaging, and manage deliverables within agreed budgets.
- Lead the preparation of tenders/awards submissions, liaising with multiple stakeholders in different locations to produce responses which are compelling and accurate, and meet criteria, deadlines and internal approvals.
- Advocate, utilise and promote the use of best practice proposal processes and tools.
- Develop and maintain a tender library to support partner responses to tender opportunities and ensure all content is consistent and aligned to AAL brand, values and goals.
- Engage and collaborate with design agencies to deliver outstanding sales collateral within allocated budgets.
- Proactively seek feedback on unsuccessful tenders and ensure that relevant insights are incorporated into future opportunities to create and advocate for best practice proposal processes and tools.
- Actively partner with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities and ensure Market Management is represented to the highest standard across AAL and contributes strategic value.
- Manage the tenders and awards pipeline strategy, tracking outcomes and reviewing the strategy in line with key learnings for improvement

**To be successful in the role**:

- You'll have prior experience in a tenders and awards role - where you've been leading the internal coordination and development of tender and award responses and submissions, ideally in a financial services or similarly highly regulated industry.
- You'll have a proven ability to develop compelling and complex tender documents and translate into engaging information for target audiences.
- Prior project management experience with demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects within time, budget and resource constraints.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, infographics, presentations and related visual software and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in managing brand and design agencies.
