The position

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Tender Specialist to lead tender submissions across key industries including Energy, Transport, OEM, and Oil & Gas.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end bid preparation - coordinating inputs from commercial, legal, and technical teams to deliver accurate, high-quality submissions on time. You'll play a key part in winning major projects and securing long-term client agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit EOIs and tenders for major industrial projects
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to compile strong bids
  • Work with legal and commercial teams on pricing, terms, and conditions
  • Ensure smooth handovers to project delivery teams
  • Track performance metrics like win rates and tender turnaround times
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in tendering, estimating, or proposals (ideally in industrial or energy sectors)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Confident with pricing, documentation, and commercial terms
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
