**Your Impact**:
As a Tendering Professional, you’ll be a critical part of our Customer Services team - promoting and pricing services that support Siemens equipment across its operational life. Your technical and commercial acumen will help us secure new service contracts, and your ability to manage tight deadlines will keep our momentum going.
**What you’ll do**:
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial tender proposals for service projects - with a focus on Installation & Commissioning.
- Estimate project costs for manpower and materials.
- Strategize pricing and delivery models to help win tenders.
- Coordinate internal reviews and obtain necessary approvals.
- Negotiate commercial and technical terms with customers.
- Provide detailed handover documentation to project delivery teams.
- Track and follow up on tender outcomes via Salesforce.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
**What you bring**:
- A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrification, automation, or power distribution services.
- Proven success in preparing tenders and winning complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of medium/low-voltage switchgear, protection systems, SCADA, and related digital solutions.
- Understanding of on-site service delivery and project scheduling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce; MS Project experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required.
