As the Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the success of our people, capability and culture initiatives by supporting the team with strong planning, administrative assistance and entry level technical knowledge. You will act as the first point of contact for all L&OD related queries.

The Learning and Development Coordinator is essential to ensuring a learning culture is adopted, where our people can lead their own development through a range of learning opportunities to improve capability in their role.

**What you’ll do**:

- Respond to requests from managers, employees and the L&OD team for information, service or assistance
- Support the corporate induction program and other L&OD initiatives
- Task management including L&OD inbox enquiries, invoicing, record maintenance, reporting
- Maintain L&OD google sites, Intranet information, employee handbook and training resources
- Oversee learning systems which involves content management, reporting from courses / course completion
- Be in charge of the L&OD drive and related documentation
- Manage the day-to-day administration of training requirements
- Contribute to the development of the L&OD function via idea sharing / suggestions for improvement

**What experience you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Previous experience in administration/coordination
- Analytical skills, with a demonstrated experience in reporting
- Advanced communication skills - oral and written
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills / effective time management and prioritisation
- Ability to scale your interests within a supportive environment
- Capable to work both independently and as part of a team

**What could set you apart**:

- Proficiency in administering an LMS or LXP
- Sound understanding of Articulate Storyline, Canva or similar content creation tools
