**What You Will Be Doing**
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Use of Healius’ learning platforms including; our Learning Management System, SharePoint, SAP Success Factors.
- Regular reporting and analysis of reports to show ROI on programs offered
- All administrative tasks for L&OD projects and Talent and Leadership programs when needed. This includes but not limited to; assigning learning to managers, sending regular communications to cohorts, marking individuals as complete, tracking completion or pre and post work activities etc.
- Accountability for a National training calendar, bookings and confirmation of relevant information
**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**
**These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess**:
- Undergraduate or post-graduate qualifications in related field (HR/Psychology/Organisational Development)
- Experience with reporting in various platforms
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly and use data from each to form a coherent plan to continue successful development of our managers
- Reporting and analysing ROI on programs
