**Job description**

This founder led luxury boutique specialises in Australian and International designers, contemporary fashion pieces and wardrobe staples. They offer professional and personal styling services, where you can purchase a variety of new and second hand designer items in excellent condition. We are looking for an energetic, experienced marketing expert to be a part of this dynamic team in Hawthorn.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and in-store foot traffic, with a focus on themed promotions and influencer collaborations.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop, schedule, and oversee content for StyleColab’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
- **Content Creation and Coordination**: Create and Collaborate with in-house and outsourced content creators to produce elevated visuals and videos that align with StyleColab’s brand.
- **Influencer Partnerships**: Identify and liaise with influencers and stylists to build relationships, coordinate collaborations, and track results.
- **Liaison with External Agencies**: Work with outsourced teams, such as paid advertising specialists and social media agencies, to ensure alignment with StyleColab’s marketing strategy.
**- Support Event Planning and Execution,** instore and community events.
**- E Commerce Support and Growth**:

- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and ecommerce strategy aligned with business objectives.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent understanding of ecommerce platforms - shopify, digital marketing channels and industry best practices
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, SEO/SEM, content management systems and digital marketing software
- A passion for sustainable fashion and an understanding of circular economy principles is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
