- Reporting to the Orders Management Team Leader, you will process orders for suppliers and customers, create and maintain reports, manage data in the Company CRM system and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders. To keep the computers firing with quick turnaround times, this company has a strong team focus and the Orders Administrator will be liaising with Sales, Engineering, Finance and managerial teams to assist with order related queries. Along with answering incoming calls, fielding enquiries, processing sales orders and all general administration duties the days are full in this collaborative team environment.
- This a busy role where you will be working 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday with the option to work from home 3 days a week.
- It’s all aboutyou
- You are an experienced Orders Administrator with experience in processing purchase orders, inbox management and liaising with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Office and at least 1-2 years of experience in sales operations would be highly regarded, but most important is your ability to prioritise, pick up systems quickly and communicate effectively. You’re a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of achieving goals and good time management.
