It’s all aboutthe Job

A Customer Service role has become available within their internal Customer Service team to support their new and existing customer base and act as the liaison for customer orders, questions, problems and quotations. Answering incoming calls, fielding enquiries, processing sales orders and all general administration duties will keep you busy in this collaborative team environment. Your natural ability to multi-task, organise, and coordinate are key to making this the coolest experience ever Dealing with customers over the phone, you’ll warm them up with your confidence and knowledge and together with your follow up and professionalism will ensure the orders keep coming
