- Make your day as smooth as silk This international firm distributes personal care products in the hairdressing and homecare appliance industries and needs you to keep their customer orders rolling through the well-groomed process.

- They need a switched on accounts receivable assistant with experience in processing credits, raising statements and general accounts administration tasks within an FMCG or retail industries. Ideally experience in an SAP environment would be highly regarded, but more important is your ability to pick up new systems quickly and enter accurate data into the SAP system. This is a busy job where you will be working 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

- You will process and allocate customer receipts throughout Australia and New Zealand. You will raise the credit, complete the data-entry and ensure adjustments are accurate, process confirmation rebates and generally support the accounts function for the business. To keep the dryers blowing with quick turnaround times, this role has a real team focus and you will be liaising with Collections, Customer Service, Logistics and the Management teams to ensure customer information and account history is administered correctly. There are always established team members on hand to provide you with the technical information that will help you understand some of the complex allocations.
