An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, passionate **Outbound Member Engagement Consultant** working in a permanent, full-time capacity. This Business provides our clients a proactive outbound calling service to Superannuation members. The engagement and retention of members is key to the success of Mercer’s overall strategic objectives and that of our clients.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Proactively engage customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Generating Financial Advice appointments
- Promoting Super Fund Pension products
- Facilitate superannuation consolidation and additional contributions
- Influence and improve member and FUM retention via outbound calling
- Providing superior professional support for all queries and assist members to take action

**We would like you to have**:

- Experience in Financial Services, Outbound, Sales or Call Centre sales experience
- RG146 qualification in Superannuation is preferred
- Proven experience working to sales targets and KPI’s
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to display understanding and empathy to members
- Eager team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Capability to show initiative and an aptitude for resolving problems
