The opportunity
Make every call count. Help our clients get more from their advice.
Make every call count. You'll call ~2,000 existing clients (warm), qualify their current situation, update CRM and book meetings with a financial adviser when relevant. No cold calling ; you'll be speaking with people who already know us.
What you'll do
• Work through a defined client list to phone, qualify and follow up, converting interest into booked appointments
• Record accurate notes and update client data in our CRM (Salesforce) in real time
• Ask confident, friendly questions to understand goals, triggers and timing
• Run a structured call cadence (first contact and scheduled follow-ups)
• Collaborate with advisers and support teams to hand over well-qualified opportunities
• Operate within AFSL and advice compliance standards (no personal advice; escalate to advisers)
How success is measured (KPIs)
• Opportunities qualified and appointments set (primary KPIs)
• Data accuracy and completeness in CRM
• Consistent activity and follow-up adherence
• Positive client experience
You'll bring
• Fluent in English – verbal and written
• Phone confidence, active listening and resilience
• Experience in outbound calling/appointment setting (call centre, telesales or SDR-style)
• Excellent accuracy with notes and data entry; comfortable with daily/weekly targets
• Highly regarded: background in financial services, insurance or financial advice
