  Join Our Team as a General Adviser

Are you passionate about delivering top-notch financial advice and helping members navigate their superannuation journey? We're looking for a dedicated Member Engagement Consultant to join our dynamic team

Please note this is a 12 month maximum term contract opportunity.

What You'll Do:

As a Member Engagement Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing phone-based general financial product advice to our valued members.

Your mission? To engage with members about their superannuation & retirement needs and identify any personal advice requirements they might have. You'll also take the initiative to make outbound calls to engage with existing members to help with their retirement needs.

About You:

  • Experience & Passion: Proven experience in customer service within the financial services or superannuation sector, with a genuine passion for putting customers first.
  • Communication Skills: An ability to simplify complex financial jargon into clear, understandable language, coupled with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualification: RG146 qualification is essential, and you're ready to elevate your career in superannuation and financial advice.
