Job Description

Dutton Financial Services is a subsidiary of Dutton Automotive and provides a range of smart, competitive finance options which are tailored to meet the customers automotive needs and objectives.  

As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for warm leads in both inbound and outbound environments. Using a variety of platforms, your exceptional communication and customer service skills will encourage customers to engage with our finance applications.

This is a pivotal role in supporting our growth journey as we work to reinvent the Finance and Insurance customer experience and position ourselves as an industry leader.

What you will be doing:

This is predominately a Phone based role but not limited to:

  • Acting as the first touchpoint for inbound and outbound customer leads.
  • Building rapport and providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Utilising your exceptional communication and customer service skills to encourage customers to navigate through the process with our finance applications.
  • Work collaboratively with the team while being comfortable working autonomously.
Qualifications

Ideally you will have:

  • Confidence engaging with customers across phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • A logical and solution-focused mindset.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Customer service experience (no finance background required, we will provide training)
