**The opportunity**:
This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced network manager to join a reputable healthcare leader to support an enterprise network modernisation transformation. You will play a key role in partnering with 3rd party vendors and managed service providers to ensure the reliability of network infrastructure services to their customers. This will include providing a hands-on approach when required to resolve critical incidents.

Fundamental to this role will be your understanding of network transition processes, experience working on the vendor side would be advantageous.

Operationally, you will guide a small team to ensure SLAs are adhered to, as well as analysing metrics and developing processes to improve overall service delivery.

**What are we looking for?**
- As an excellent communicator, you will thrive on your ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholder groups including 3rd party vendors and MSP’s in a dynamic, changing environment.
- As a leader, you will bring a strong delivery focus and be responsible for leading a small team.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
- Please note a police check will be conducted prior to commencement. Permanent Residency status is required.
