**About the Role**

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, experienced and high performing Recruitment Manager to join our fast paced and dynamic Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) at Western Health.

The Recruitment Manager will lead a dedicated team responsible for the management and delivery of services pertaining to the recruitment, credentialing and appointment of medical staff at Western Health.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Extensive knowledge and experience in the delivery of recruitment and employment services
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and strategic management
- Knowledge and experience working with Industrial Awards, Agreements and Instruments
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated success at building relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

**About the Department**

The Medical Workforce Unit is a central specialised service providing strategic oversight and governance, as well as operational support for all matters pertaining to the medical workforce including workforce planning, recruitment and credentialing, employment and on-boarding, and the management and rostering of medical staff.
