**The Role**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the daily operations of the recruitment department to ensure efficiency, performance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Building and managing a pipeline of recruitment opportunities and leads.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and client service expectations.

- Proven track record in recruitment or sales.
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry is highly desirable.
