ABOUT THE COMPANY - A well-established automotive group with a national presence, they are continuing to grow throughout Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLE - Progress your career in this full time, permanent General Sales Manager position overseeing a large Used Car Operations. In this role you will lead the Sales team, finance, after care and delivery team. You will be reporting to the General Manager and be responsible for developing a strong sales team. You will coach, motivate, and guide the team to ensure dealership targets are met with a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-volume sales.
  • Must have Used Vehicle Sales Experience
  • Experienced General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within an Automotive Dealership Environment
  • Quantifiable outcomes as a result of direct initiatives
  • A history of exceeding sales targets and achieving results
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Motivate and inspire others
  • Customer Driven Results
  • High level knowledge of automotive dealership sales processes and department operations
  • Acute attention to detail, meeting strict compliance requirements
  • The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements
