Your key responsibilities
You will be required to fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with the Queensland Public Service values.
Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Provide accurate secretariat for all change, release and governance activity, including preparation of documentation for high level boards.
Maintain change request and work request documentation and progress tracking in relevant tools and databases within established frameworks, strategies, standards, methodologies and policies in order to meet audit requirements.
Maintain project schedules through software packages such as Microsoft Project and Excel.
Co-ordinate and consolidate change and work request management reports and evaluate progress, risks and issues and report on these items appropriately to management.
Contribute to quality and compliance review efforts to monitor compliance with change control and associated policies, procedures and standards.
Contribute to effective, client focussed teamwork by developing an understanding of the roles and duties of team members within the team and across Queensland Health and working collaboratively to achieve outcomes with a commitment to quality and customer service.
Liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with team members and other stakeholding teams to develop and maintain effective working relationships and the integrity of the overall integrated solution.
Other activities as directed by the Change & Release Officers.
There may be a requirement to work out of hours, weekends and public holidays to ensure the successful delivery of the Queensland Health enterprise solutions.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
Ability to coordinate change control processes and governance activities with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy.
High level of client service skills including working to deadlines and service level time lines.
High level written and verbal communication skills including the ability to consult and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders and create documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with mínimal supervision to produce defined outputs.
