**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Change Analyst to join the Transformation & Delivery team based in Brisbane.
- Consult, develop and deliver change management plans based on situational analysis, a clear understanding of the changes and impacts through deep engagement with the people impacted by the change.
- Identify people-related risks including factors that could affect, constrain, block, or influence the outcomes of the initiatives. Anticipate potential points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the risks and issues.
- Provide advice on frameworks and processes for building change sponsorship capability based on industry best practice. As well as facilitating workshops, coaching, executing assessments.
- Support the creation of appropriate communication strategies and plans including the design, development, and delivery of change-related communications for projects.
- Monitor change risks such as saturation and fatigue across Enterprise Change to promote better adoption and embedment of new ways of working.

This role is available as a 12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provide you can attend Brisbane office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- 3+ years demonstrated successful change management experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholder groups.
