**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to join a team that is focused on delivering a SharePoint and Microsoft 365 initiative.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and manage organisational change issues relevant to the project by leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of changes.
- Contribute to setting expectations regarding outcomes for the project and subsequently assist with enabling the delivery of project goals.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and influence the client’s Organisational Change Management (OCM) approach and provide advice on change management related issues.
- Minimise and manage the programs exposure to risk and implement effective quality assurance controls from an organisational change and benefits perspective.
- Develop all aspects of the change management plan and communication strategies and approach required to successfully implement transformational business change across the project.
- Ensure the change management plan dependencies such as stakeholder engagement, current/future state impacts, change readiness, and change sustainability is understood at an organisational level and managed accordingly.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through the development of an appropriate stakeholder engagement plan which ensure strong stakeholder engagement.
- Develop all aspects of the Change Management plan and strategies.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous Queensland government experience highly regarded.
- Strong experience with implementing change on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 projects is essential.
- Excellent experience with running workshops and producing communication and training plans is essential.
- Excellent engagement skills and people focused approach is essential.
