**About the role**:
Troocoo have partnered with this market leading brand in the Australian banking and finance sector to assist with finding an experienced Change Manager. This role will join the team on a 6-month initial contract basis (possible extensions) working across multiple initiatives, with a particular focus on whole of Business Change and Readiness.
**The Change Manager will**:
- Manage Business & Operational Readiness planning & delivery
- Ensure the impact of the change on key stakeholders' groups are identified
- Develop/document business readiness activities for impacted stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with impacted stakeholders in the design and delivery of the business readiness activities.
- Work with impacted stakeholder groups to ensure they are well prepared for the change
- Have experience in a similar role working on large-scale, complex business change initiatives - system and supporting process changes.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale cross-organisational change management, preferably in the Financial Services space
- Well-developed project organisational skills and the proven ability to work with cross disciplinary teams
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management; influencing, interpersonal and consultative relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and high performance
- Extensive experience engaging, communicating and working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
