We're looking for a **State Operations Manager** to drive performance, lead people, and champion safety across our Queensland sites. The role will be the senior leader overseeing multiple warehouse facilities across the state. Your mission: to lead a high-performing team of A-Players, ensure best-in-class safety, compliance, and customer service, and drive continuous improvement across all facets of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Safety & Compliance**: Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all sites meet HSEQ standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Coach and lead high-performing warehouse and production teams across QLD sites.
- **Operational Planning**: Develop and deliver quarterly and annual business plans and reporting.
- **Facility & Inventory Oversight**: Maintain site standards and partner with procurement to manage stock and audits.
- **Process & Cost Improvement**: Identify efficiency gains, manage freight and labor costs, and prepare business cases.
- **Project Execution**: Lead local and national projects aligned with operational strategy.
- **Systems & Reporting**: Ensure compliance with policies and drive continuous improvement through data and feedback.

You’re a seasoned operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You lead with purpose, communicate with clarity, and execute with precision.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in a senior warehousing, operations or logistics leadership role
- Proven success in managing multi-site teams
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and influential relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and able to take ownership of results
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ standards and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent planning, budgeting, and project coordination skills
- Natural coach and motivator with a people-first mindset
- Experience with ERP/WMS and strong systems literacy
