Our client is a professional services organisation specialising in design, real estate and urban planning. Working across various projects, services and sectors, they are a community of trusted advisors who collaborate to deliver innovation, backed by factual solutions for a better outcome.

Now sourcing for an Internal Talent Consultant to support national recruitment functions, this role will partner with the Head of Talent and Capability to achieve success. This brand new role is indicative of their investment into the company, with expected growth and evolution. Driving operational recruitment, the consultant will assist and contribute to strategy within the People and Culture team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support the business through talent searching and initiatives (both active and passive approaches).
- Build talent pipelines through strategic and innovative sourcing methods.
- Attend to all areas of recruitment, including taking job briefs, add writing and creating job posts, screening, interviewing and reference checking.
- Support specialist position hires, aswell as volume recruitment were required.
- Manage the recruitment process with hiring managers and oversee the selection process.
- Manage partnerships with external stakeholders including; talent agencies and universities.
- Continue to work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure the entire lifecycle is supported from pre and post placemat, with a key focus on employee experience.
