**What are the Responsibilities?**
- Liaise with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the Exco Practice Leaders to determine any active and passive recruitment needs
- Develop and maintain targeted sourcing plans by leveraging social media, job boards and other recruitment tools

**What are the essential skills and qualifications?**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in either a recruitment or resourcing role within a Technology or professional services company
- Strong understanding of the recruitment market with experience in hiring across a range of technology disciplines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- The ability to manage multiple priorities that are constantly changing and evolving
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
