**Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant**:
**Campaign Leader**:

- Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to build and maintain a talent pipeline for our growing client base.
- Partner closely with internal teams to understand client needs and tailor campaigns to attract top talent.
- Leverage your recruitment agency experience and results-driven mindset to meet and exceed KPIs.

**Acquisition Expert**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, with a high volume of contingent roles.
- Conduct daily interviews, with a focus on hiring high-quality Weployees and exceptional relationship-building.
- Consult & instil confidence in our clients, whether it be through exceptional shortlisting, briefing calls, general catch ups or issue management.

- Cultivate and expand our community of skilled Weployees by fostering strong, lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align talent needs with client expectations, helping to shape our community's future.
