APM are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage one of our growing portfolios

Working in a large collaborative and supportive team of over 20 TA professionals, you will provide talent acquisition services to several growing health, community services and corporate portfolios.

**The TA Consultant will make an impact by**:

- Using the tools available and your own innovation to proactively source Talent to meet business needs.
- Building engaged talent pipelines for future workforce requirements
- Understanding and developing market intel to help inform stakeholder conversations
- Working on various Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve service delivery

**About you**
- Demonstrated success in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally Allied Health, Social sector, NFP or Volume agency role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills coupled with transparency in communication
- Success gained in a variety of Talent Acquisition activities - projects, competitor analysis, recruitment marketing, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
