**National Scheduling Officer - Home Care Services - Mill Park**
Bodewell, Community Care, formerly known as Arcare Community Care have a proud history of providing outstanding care to its Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Care Services, NDIS, and private service clients. Our Service team, located in Mill Park, provides home care across the Melbourne metropolitan area. Our Personal Support Workers come from diverse backgrounds and speak languages other than English catering for our multicultural client base.

**About the role**:
This role reports to the Homecare Services Team Leader and is responsible for high quality, fast paced rostering. This pivotal role matches clients with suitably qualified and experienced workers to meet individual client needs across programs.

***To be successful in the role, we a looking for someone who can**:
- Roster to match clients with staff according to preferences, working hours, availability, location, and cultural needs.
- Participate and contribute to a highly successful team.
- Maintain a positive rapport with clients and internal and external.
- Referring client requests outside existing plan to Care Consultant or Team Leader.
- Encourage innovation.
- Efficient use of resources.
- Accurate record keeping and rostering.
- Develop resources and contacts to ensure up to date knowledge and information provision is shared with the team.
**Ideally, we are looking for someone with**:
- Customer service experience preferably within a community, aged care, NDIS or call centre environment.
- Demonstrated high level organizational and administrative skills together with exceptional attention to detail, time management and lateral thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and rostering skills.
- _All successful applicants will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid as an inherent requirement of the role._
- _All applicants are required to undergo a National Police Check and provide evidence of right to work in Australia._
