About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Rostering and Scheduling Officer to join our Juniper Home and Community Care team in our Bentley office.
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective allocation of client services and the rostering of Community Support Workers and other clinical team members. The care and services you coordinate will be responsive, timely, and empowering, supporting Juniper clients to lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives in their own homes.
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent part time contract, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the continuous and efficient allocation of client services.
- Complete scheduling activities while meeting deadlines and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely database updates.
- Respond to enquiries and provide clear information regarding services.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced rostering office (highly regarded).
- Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care (desirable).
- Experience in the Aged Care sector (desirable).
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of office processes and data management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
