**About the role**

The **Applications Lead at Activ**, reports to Head of Digital & ICT ensuring Activ Digital and ICT Software Systems are fit for purpose, provide maximum efficiency, are secure and together act as one cohesive digital solution.

**A typical day in the role may look like **
- Design & build solutions that deliver real tangible benefits to our customers and maximise our existing investments
- Guide, mentor and lead a team of dedicated experts and allow them to thrive in a safe and secure environment
- Continually look a ways to improve our digital capabilities and dexterity across our organisation
- Work with our customers, stakeholders and vendors and build on these relationships to maximise our digital investments
- Ensuring that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information assets are suitably managed, tested and maintained
- Create and develop our internal knowledge systems to ensure a clear understanding of our solutions and reduce any resolution times
- Previous experience in designing data models and data relationships
- Database management, design and performance monitoring
- Vendor management & engagement
- Team leadership & performance management
- Education in Computer Science or similar
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
