The People and Quality team are responsible for strategically guiding and leading the delivery of best practice People and Quality outcomes across the organisation. The portfolio focuses specifically on strategic human resources, capability development, health and safety, customer liaison and quality.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Human Resource Service Centre Manager, this role is the first point of contact for all incoming HR enquires, working alongside a dedicated, energised and passionate team this position works collaboratively providing support, coordination and administration in the delivery of a full range of HR services to our operational and corporate stakeholders.

**What you’ll need?**
- Effective & engaging communication style with a collaborative approach;
- Previous experience in a HR Officer / Administration role with intermediate MS Office skills;
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure;
- Good communication skills written and verbal;
- Demonstrated ability to work across a number of systems for reporting and compliance activities (essential);
- Diploma in HR or related discipline (preferred);
- Certificate of Completion - NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Activ to provide).
