About the role

We are currently seeking an energetic and collaborative individual with strong administration experience to embrace our newly created permanent, full time Property & Fleet Coordinator role and make it their own

Supporting the Property and Procurement services team located in Wembley you will provide and support efficient procurement and fleet activities across through managing vendor accounts, lease-related payments and records, fleet coordination, procurement system support, and inventory oversight. The role ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness. This role requires occasional requiring travel across the Perth Metropolitan region.

About you

The successful applicant will be a collaborative, team focused individual and self-starter who thrives working in a busy team managing multiple deadlines. You will have excellent organisational skills supported by your proficiency across the Microsoft office suite.  Previous experience working in a similar position is essential, as is a 'can do' attitude and proactive approach to your work, providing reliable and informed support to your team, in turn building productive and collaborative relationships effectively.

Skills and experience may also include:

  • Qualifications in administration, business or similar highly regarded
  • Strong experience in Word and Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Demonstrated planning and time management skills including scheduling
  • Excellent communication, influencing and customer service skills
  • Strong writing skills including the preparation of reports and data
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)
