**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Strategy Management, the **Change Manager** is responsible for developing, leading and driving implementation of change management to ensure strategic goals are met. Having the ability to be able to positively translate complex information into actionable insight will ensure your success in this role.

**A typical day in the role may look like..**
- Work with leaders to develop and implement change management plans for key strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and assess the impact of change for relevant strategic initiatives.
- Provide coaching and expert advice on change resilience for Activ.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication of the organisation’s strategy and business plan.
- Exceptional skills in change management, particularly developed through the delivery of multi-facet complex programs of work.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business management principles, procedures, and systems.
- Adeptness in using tools and software to manage change processes.
- The ability to ensure that changes are accomplished on time and within budget
- Ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams to achieve performance improvement outside of direct line management authority
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
