About the role
We are seeking a Residential Care Services (RCS) Scheduler for a Full-Time permanent position based across our various residential aged care facilities. Shift times are between 6am and 6pm 7 days a week.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the effective scheduling and rostering of employees within Residential Aged Care facilities, ensuring optimal coverage and continuity of care. You will be responsible for developing publishing centralized rosters, responding to planned and unplanned absences and ensuring the data integrity of our workforce management system.
With a focus on excellent customer service, you will maintain effective working relationships with remote sites and employees and apply enterprise agreement principles in an accurate manner.
About you
You will have experience in rostering, developing schedules in line with KPI targets and legislations. The ability to communicate rosters and shift changes effectively to employees in a timely manner. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem solving. You'll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key skills will include:
- Cert III in Office Administration/Business or equivalent is desirable
- Rostering experience, preferably in an aged care setting
- Ability to maintain and understand records/data management and reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment and to remain calm and composed
- Experience using IT systems, databases and scheduling software with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to use your own initiative, with sound problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
