**About Our Client**:
The client is a global organisation at the forefront of their industry. This role is offering a busy and collaborative working environment for an experienced Payroll Officer. The environment is friendly, easy going and has a close knit team feel. An exciting newly created position has presented itself with further opportunities across the business.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, fortnightly store payrolls
- Process new starters, superannuation, deductions
- Process back-pays & terminations
- Investigate payroll queries & provide accurate, complete & timely information
- Provide a high standard of customer service to both internal & external customers
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards, taxation, superannuation & other legislative requirements
- Process Payroll Tax in accordance with legislation on a monthly basis
- Maintain up to date knowledge of current legislation affecting the payroll function
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Knowledge of ADP Pay force preferred
- Well developed verbal & written communication skills
- Customer focused at all times
- Ability to operate as an effective team player
- Knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, superannuation & payroll tax legislation
- 3 years experience in high volume payroll environment
- Knowledge of relevant Award conditions
- Knowledge of Work cover legislation
